| Duties: | The primary goal of the Sr. Network Analyst is to ensure the smooth operation of the organizations voice and data network in order to provide maximum performance and availability for the system users. The Sr. Network Analyst is responsible for designing, installing, maintaining and supporting LAN, WAN and VoIP infrastructures at all branches. The Sr. Network Analyst provides high-level technical support for voice and data network systems, creates and maintains network documentation, maintains hardware, software, and security standards, and works projects as needed in order to upgrade to new and/or improved communication equipment and procedures. The Sr. Network Analyst must be well versed with the advanced engineering and administration of multiprotocol routers, multilayer switches, network security devices and network management systems. This position requires excellent problem management and customer service skills. |
| Qualifications: | Bachelors degree in an appropriate field is preferred, will consider direct work experience in lieu of education. Cisco CCNA is required, CCNP or higher certification is preferred.
Five years of network administration in a Cisco environment, including wired/wireless, VOIP, and Unified Communication required. General knowledge and configuration of network monitoring, fault management, and performance management applications is expected. Advanced understanding and troubleshooting of Windows Server operating system, RAID, SAN, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Group Policies, and Clusters is a plus.
